We at the Hodges Insurance Agency, Inc. value our relationship with our past, present and future customers and clients.  The privacy of your personal non-public information is fundamental to the confidential nature of our relationship.  Insurance, along with other financial services, requires the gathering and sharing of some of your personal information with others in order to produce the products and perform the services that you expect from us.  Our policies and practices for protecting your personal non-public information are as follows.

Where do we get information?

Ø      Information is supplied by you on applications and through interviews.

Ø      Information is gathered by inspections including photographs of your property.

Ø      Information is accumulated through past transactions such as payments and claims.

Ø      Information may be gathered from other sources such as credit reporting agencies and driving record information from government agencies.

The nature and type of information varies with the different insurance products.  Every effort is made to restrict the information gathered and shared to that essential to serve you.

What is our policy for disclosure of personal nonpublic information?

We are affiliated with or have joint marketing agreements with the Hartsfield and Nash Agency in Wake Forest, North Carolina.  We may share with our Affiliates your personal information as well as the information based on our transactions and experiences with you such as payment and claims activity.

What are our information security practices?

We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain electronic safeguards on our agency website and procedural safeguards in our agency against unauthorized use of your nonpublic personal information.
